Here are some steps you can try on your own that may help resolve your issue:
Ensure a strong Internet connection signal (moving closer to WiFi router, checking http://speedtest.net, etc.) - slow or unstable connections are one of the common reasons for errors
Try to refresh the page, and if this doesn't help try a hard refresh
Try restarting your browser or the desktop app
Try turning off your ad-blocker, or if you are using Brave browser, lower your shields
Try using an incognito tab
Try a different browser, wifi network, or computer overall
