Audius Music is completely free to use for both listeners and artists! There are no subscription plans or fees associated with using the platform.  

Tipping: If you'd like to support your favorite artists, you can send them tips! 100% of tips go directly to artists.

VIP Tiers: As you accumulate $AUDIO tokens, you'll unlock VIP tiers, each offering its own set of unique perks. Some of these benefits may include early access to new features, unique themes, special badges beside your name throughout the app, and more.

Currently, you cannot change the email address associated with your Audius account.

If you're experiencing issues loading Audius content, please follow these troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue:

• Ensure a strong internet connection by moving closer to your Wi-Fi router or checking your connection speed at http://speedtest.net. Slow or unstable connections are common causes of errors.
• Refresh the page, or if that doesn't help, try a hard refresh.
• Restart your browser or force-quit and restart the app.
• Disable your ad-blocker, or if you're using Brave browser, lower your shields.
• Try using an incognito tab.
• Test with a different browser, Wi-Fi network, or computer.

In addition, our platform works well with most web browsers. For the best experience when using Audius Music on the web, we recommend using a Chromium-based browser, such as Google Chrome. This ensures a seamless and enjoyable listening experience across all your devices.

There is no limit to the number of tracks you can upload to your Audius profile, so you can freely share your music with your listeners without any limitations!

Please note that while there is no limit on the duration of your tracks, there is a file size limit for each upload, which is currently set at 200MB. If you have a long mix that exceeds this limit, consider converting it to a 320kbps mp3 file before uploading to ensure it works.
