What Audio File Formats Can I Upload to Audius?

Audius supports a wide range of audio formats to accommodate various types of content. We support the upload of lossless files, and we encourage you to upload the highest quality files you can. Using formats like FLAC or WAV preserves your music's original fidelity, and provides a more accurate listening experience for your fans.

While streaming is delivered at a high-quality 320kbps with a sample rate of 48kHz, we also allow lossless downloads. This means, if enabled, your fans can access the original lossless file you uploaded, experiencing your music in its purest form.
